Manoeuvrability

The only disadvantage of adopting a large single propeller for propulsion is lack of manoeuvrability in close quarters situations.

To combat this we have installed a comprehensive thruster system controlled by a commercial Dynamic Positioning System.

There is a 190 hp bow thruster along with two 133 hp stern thrusters which are fully retractable, but when deployed azimuth through 360°. With the 450 hp of thrust available even the trickiest mooring in high winds is easy.
